We are looking for outgoing, energetic and hard working individuals to work at the front desk, help maintain an impeccable clinic, provide excellent customer service to new and repeat clients, sell our Massage Wellness Program and assist the Clinic Manager in daily operations.

Someone who is self motivated, has a professional attitude and appearance, and is a team player with the desire to succeed through hard work and a strong work ethic will be a perfect fit.

-Compensation starts at $10.00 per hour with an opportunity for an increase to $11.00 after 90 days.


The primary function of a front desk sales associate is to increase clinic membership by successfully selling our Wellness Program to new clients and retaining current members by providing exceptional and professional customer service. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls.

  • Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.

  • Greeting members and guests upon arrival.

  • Re-engaging inactive members.

  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.

  • Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.

  • Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.

  • Staying updated on retail products and promotions.

  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.

  • We also expect:

• Integrity, punctuality and professionalism

• Self-motivation to learn and succeed

• Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft applications.

• Availability for a flexible 5-day workweek. Our team members work two mornings, two nights and one weekend day. (Don’t worry, weekend hours are limited and we’re closed on major holidays!)
