Robert Half International Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Santa Monica, California


Our client, a health and wellness company located in West Los Angeles is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a temporary basis. This position is covering for a leave and we are looking for a two month commitment. For the right candidate, there is a chance that this position could go full time. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating interviews, heavy scheduling, serving as a main point of contact for candidates and various tasks as needed. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must be organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of a great candidate experience and has a minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition. Hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Guiding internal recommendations

  • Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Carrying out interviews

  • Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

  • Carrying out various administrative duties


  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

  • We need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
