KEY FUNCTIONS:Administer, maintain, support, and back up all physical and virtual servers and the services they provide to employees.Administer, maintain, and support Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IBM i, VMware, Cisco UCS, IBM Power, and other corporate network services.Administer, maintain, and support the Storage Systems for our corporate users.Possess skills in one or more scripting languages to facilitate the scheduling and automation of routine Server Administrator tasks.Possess experience using popular service management applications such as ServiceNow.Possess experience using popular system and service monitoring and alerting applications such as SolarWinds and Application Dynamics.Ensure resiliency of all critical corporate systems.Support the Network Operations Center and Customer Service in resolving escalated issues and problems. Report significant activity to the NOC and keep detailed statistics regarding these activities.
