Comfort Keepers of Spartanburg is looking for an Administrative Assistant/ HR Assistant to add to our office team.

Our Administrative assistant here at Comfort Keepers is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. You will support the office staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.The admin job scope includes communication via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Must be proficient of multi-line system, and have practiced computer skills. This position also requires assistance to the HR team with any Human resource needs. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as positive attitude and exhibit a professional, business image.


  • Operates multi-line telephone console to receive and direct incoming calls, establishes conference calls and provides general information for callers.

  • Directs caller to destination, records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called

  • Greets Visitors, determines the nature of their business and directs them to the proper destination

  • Assists office staff with a variety of clerical duties as necessary.

  • Collects and distributes mail and messages.

  • Inventories, prepares order for needed office supplies and organizes office supplies

  • Assists HR team with Drug testing, new employee paper work.

  • Assists HR team with reference and employment verification for potential new employees.


Proven admin or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency with varies computer systems Positive attitude with eagerness to assist collegues in the office with various needs
