Job Description Details:

Scheduling Associate to work days in our pre-admit testing for St. Peter's Hospital.

We are seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties associated with keeping the preadmission testing department running smoothly! The Preadmission Department does physicals and testing on individuals who have scheduled surgeries and/or hospital visits to St Peter's Hospital.

The position would entail scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and managing multi-line phones.

A qualified candidate would have:

  • HS diploma required; Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred

  • Medical office experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners

  • Medical terminology is required.
