POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant, is a position responsible for maintaining a high quality \"first impressions\" in the receptionist area and ensuring quality customer service is provided to all residents, residents’ families and other visitors. Responsible for performing receptionist and clerical duties in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor Degree is preferred.

  2. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a receptionist capacity with multi-line phone system experience required.

  3. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety if personalities, be able to work with constant interruptions, and

possess a customer service mentality.

  1. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite: WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  2. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.

  3. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
