Institutional Clients Group Operations:

The ICG Group is responsible for the management and execution of transactions for Securities and Banking, Private Bank, and Global Wealth Management as well as Security Fund Services, Treasury and Trade Solutions and Global Operations Control and Reporting. Operations responsibilities include trade processing, confirmation, settlement, fail management, margin, asset service, essential risk management and control, client services and strategic change management.

Finance & Risk Shared Services: Citi Finance is comprise of various functions including Treasury, Tax, Controllers, Financial Planning & Analysis and Account Reconcilement serving both internal and external clients.

Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC): ESC is a world class end-to-end supply chain organization that partners with the business to drive competitive advantage and mitigate supply risk for Citi. The ESC organization leverages organizational and operational synergies across the component supply chain functions to greatly enhance support for Citi’s third party risk governance model.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a high level of ambition and energy, a strong analytical aptitude and an appetite for continuous learning. Well-developed organizational and technical skills, intellectual curiosity, meticulous attention to detail and the will to find better ways to do things are required for consideration.

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree (Majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics (MIS), Engineering or Mathematics preferred); or equivalent work experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Client Management focused

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, time management and problem solving skills

• Organized, detail oriented, tenacious, multi-task solution focused

• Adaptability- Quickly learn and share new processes

• Strong PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access is desirable

• Inquisitive

• Enthusiastic learner

• Data Entry skills: 50 WPM or better
