The FA Coordinator position supports the administrative tasks related to the complaint handling and global reporting processes.

Coordinates the creation and distribution of customer letters, i.e. requests for additional information, investigation results letters.

Supports entry of complaint informaton in TrackWise and assists with follow-up attempts for physicial sample, medical records, product identifiers, patient details, and procedural details.

Supports completion of OUS Ministry of Health reports and uploads to BSI portal.

Coordinates and completes requests for copies of complaint records from internal and external customers, i.e. support regulatory audits, litigation related events.

Performs complaint record closures.

Coordinates distribution of bio-hazard kits and replacement products for customers.

Supports the tracking of FDA acceptance of MDR (Medical Device Report) reports.

Coordinates the completion and distribution of bi-weekly franchise reports.

Provides oversight of department office supplies, i.e. process orders, manage supplies, etc.

Supports creation and revision to department procedures and work instructions.

Other projects and tasks assigned to support the department.

Proficient computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, MasterControl, JDE

Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Stong customer service skills.

High School graduate with some college preferred.

Greater than five years administative experience.

Experience working in a regulated environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
