Creates a culture of service by ensuring Centers/Communities and regional teams understand their business, can deliver superior service, and abide by all company processes, policies and procedures. Serve as a catalyst for integrating process improvement across the company, leading and championing tactical implementation of enhancements and/or changes. Able to inspire and motivate others to drive improvements. Must be unafraid to try new approaches and ideas, leveraging innovation in process and design thinking to drive experimentation, fast failure and fostering an environment of constant learning. Partner with senior operations leadership to design, lead and oversee our Dining, Food and Nutrition programs. Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to Regional leadership teams to meet or exceed performance expectations and resident satisfaction goals. Motivate, inspire, train and coach teams to implement Prestige s dining vision and exceed performance targets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : * Live and exemplify the Four Core Values of Prestige Care, Inc. within self and team. * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership and staff within the organization. Work closely with Center/Community management staff, as applicable. * Lead Development and oversee delivery of Prestige s dining standards relative to dining room presentation and food and beverage design to elevate ambiance, quality and improved resident experience. * Lead and evaluate the dining services department, goals and strategies * Lead creation of regional and resident choice menus and maintain files of tested standard recipes. * Work in partnership with Community and Center leadership, to constantly solicit feedback on menus, recipes, and resident requests to drive ongoing customer satisfaction. * Develop a methodology to receive resident and guest Dining concerns, measure findings and provide a toolkit to locations to resolve concerns. Monitor Regional oversight of timely resolution. Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Decisive in handling difficult problems and translates problems into practical solutions. Accurately and consistently follows instructions delivered in an oral, written or diagram format and provides concise direction.
