Job Description

  • Support the selling efforts of the Interventional Specialty, Infection Prevention, V.Mueller, and Infusion Disposable sales organizations. Product, process, and policy subject matter experts responsible for meeting business objectives and targets defined for this position.

  • Act as primary contact for 500+ sales representatives coordinating activity/ responses with internal stakeholders to include Marketing, Supply Chain, and Planning. Serve as central point of contact for order escalations and allocations working with business Planners to manage stock in short supply. Problem solve with internal stakeholders to meet customer delivery expectations. Support Salesforce with quote, competitor cross reference, technical product assistance, and backorder management. Process and monitor all sales rep managed large customer orders receipt through delivery. Work proactively with Sales Mgt. to ensure business goals are met.
