MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) is currently looking for a Contracts Administrator based our of our office in Vienna, VA. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Support pricing and preparation of administrative and cost volumes for proposals.

  • Prepare ROMs and delivery order type cost proposals using Excel spreadsheets and Word, in accordance with basic contract and RFP instructions and FAR guidelines.

  • Negotiate price and terms as required.

  • Participates in strategic business decisions regarding proposals and contracts.

  • Prepare and maintain contractual data in Costpoint.

  • Administer current contracts, task orders and modifications. Interact with Program Managers, PCO/buyers, and support functions to ensure contract compliance.

  • Obtain quotes, negotiate and prepare subcontract agreements in support of prime contracts, flowing down required terms and conditions.

  • Administer subcontracts. All subcontract actions shall be in compliance with MacB's approved purchasing system.

  • Review and prepare Non-disclosure and Teaming Agreements and negotiate terms and conditions as required

  • Possesses minimum of 5 years experience in contract administration, and working knowledge of FAR and DFAR.


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in contracts administration

  • CFCM or CPCM desired but not required.

  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR.

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required.

  • Pricing experience required.

  • Experience in Costpoint highly desired.

  • Experience with Government approved purchasing system desired.

  • Federal Government defense contracts experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required.

  • Secret clearance required.
