Dell Principal Engineer, Service Delivery (I8) in Virginia

  • Operates independently in medium to large sized projects with high complexity components with multiple technologies and applications

  • Leads in mentoring others, contributes to training, solutions scenarios, knowledge base creation and knowledge transfers internal and to customers

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers and leadership, key member in solutions, strategy decisions and presentations

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent suggested experience

  • 7 - 9 years of industry experience

  • The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the use of Data Center products and their use in the design of Converged Infrastructure through Network, Compute, Storage and Virtualization architecture.

  • Operations experience and working knowledge in implementing management and monitoring infrastructure for the data center

  • Must be self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills to better assist customers

  • Leadership skills to lead and execute on projects

  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
