About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in Procurement at Kraft Heinz.

Every internship at Kraft Heinz offers you a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and get useful trainings. You will work on your own projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Within Kraft Heinz Procurement you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day Global procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies in the world. Most importantly, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from Management team.

The candidate will support one of the following teams: Co-Manufacturing, Indirects, Procurement Finance, Procurement Operations, Ingredients, or Packaging.

Depending on your profile, experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our procurement leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams within procurement:

  • Affiliate Trade

  • Procurement Copack

  • Procurement Indirects

  • Procurement Finance

  • Procurement Operations

  • Procurement Ingredients

  • Procurement Packaging

  • Procurement Sea Freight

If you have a preference, this will be taken into consideration.

Some of the key activities will be:

  • Market analysis by portfolio and assist on Buyers or Global Category Leads financials reporting

  • Data gathering and strategy building to support Global Category Leads and Buyers to approach key negotiations

  • Assist Global Category Leads and Buyers in day to day tasks at hand e.g. Contract management, invoice resolution, supplier queries, and Purchase Order approvals

  • Exposure to key Stakeholders (internal and external), such as Research & Development and Food Safety Quality team

  • Update and maintain the purchasing database

Qualifications

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.

  • You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree.

  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • NOTE: EU working rights are required

  • Duration: 5 or 6 months.

  • Allowance: 625 euro/month.
