The Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition (WWOps TA) team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Program Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of new recruiting systems products and features. The Recruiting Systems Program Manager will be part of a global organization supporting teams in North America, EU, and Asia Pacific. In this role you will influence product strategy, define organizational business requirements, build long-term vision, collaborate closely with technology teams and business leaders to define and influence the technology roadmap lead and manage the rollout of technology across the recruiting organization.
Note that the location of the position is flexible/negotiable. Preferred cities include Seattle, WA or Washington, DC Metro area.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving long-term strategy in close collaboration with technology teams, recruiting teams, and business leaders to support the recruiting needs of our rapidly growing business. This involves helping to define the recruiting technology road-map and designing industry-transforming solutions that align to enhancing existing processes and practice.
Identifying and directing cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholder groups to plan and scope out technology needs, manage change and track operational performance.
Executing large-scale implementations, aligning project resources effectively and directing all stages of project and change management
Owning ongoing operational support of implemented technologies including feedback collection, communicating system paper-cut enhancements and monitoring effectiveness of business as usual systems
Communicating effectively to recruiting teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption and feedback collection around new product launches and existing system tools
Responding to an agile and constantly evolving global environment
Reviewing metrics/data analysis, risks mitigation, and client/vendor management
Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of large-scale Product, Program, or Recruiting Management
Expertise with change management methodologies and tools
Expertise with HR/Recruiting processes and technology products, ideally those used at Amazon
Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other Operational Excellence tools
A track record of effectively owning process creation, management and improvement
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
MBA or other post-graduate degree
Experience operating in a global capacity and representing the needs of multiple regions/countries
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Experience working directly and cross functionally with Engineers and UX designers in an Agile development environment
Demonstrated skills in reviewing and working with product roadmaps & functional specifications, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing
Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
