Software Engineer in Test - Model-Based Design Workflows
Join our exceptional software test automation team to design and implement cutting edge tools to test numerically efficient solutions deployed on embedded systems. Numerically efficientModel-Based Designworkflows are used to develop robotic systems, automotive and aerospace technology, critical medical equipment etc.
An ideal candidate for this position must have a math background and should enjoy coding. Present new ideas, develop ingenious and innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
You will work closely with a dynamic cross-functional team to define, design, apply, and test exciting new features that support customer-focused workflows. You are expected to:
Take ownership of feature testing by authoring tools, harnesses and writing automated test suites
Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality code that is correct, robust, efficient, and easy to maintain and extend
Participate in, and contribute to, design reviews, code reviews, and project planning
Diagnose and report software defects
A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
Programming experience in MATLAB
Experience with C++
Good problem-solving and programming skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to numerical algorithms
Object-oriented programming experience
