A Senior Business Analyst position is available within ISG Client technology to manage/support functionalities being developed using Oracle tools (Siebel CRM) and Microsoft technologies for the Sales to Fulfillment 2-day onboarding platform supporting TTS and Securities Services business. The position requires defining, analyzing and documenting requirements to fulfill business needs. Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Implementations and Operations workflow processes required. Knowledge in Lead Management and Revenue Realization modeling applications is a plus. The position requires an understanding of Citi’s corporate banking, treasury management, investor services, issuer services products and services. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of management required.
The CRM team is working on a platform to adapt to the 2-day onboarding enrich user experience for Sales, Products, Implementations and Operational teams globally. A Senior Business Analyst position is available to support the global rollout of these critical initiatives for TTS and Securities Services business into the platform. The candidate will be required to coordinate the functional enhancements in supporting the current users and rolling out existing functionalities to new users. The position will require working directly with the Business, development (onsite / offshore team members) and regional partners to coordinate the rollout. The candidate needs to lead and coordinate with business analysts within the team. The position will require interaction with global teams and needs to be based in NJ to interact with the development team and also participate in regular meeting with clients in NY.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, concise process design specifications

Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 10 years’ working experience out of which minimum of 7 years’ experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in Business Analysis
Knowledge of corporate products/capabilities is required
Excellent oral & written communication skills: Clear, Concise, Direct & Timely communication
Experience in Business Process analysis & Workflows
Ability to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple tracks concurrently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – A self-starter & quick learner
Ability to lead analysis tracks and deliverables to the closure through proactive follow-ups and timely reporting
