The Hygenic Corporation Project Manager - Supply Chain in Warrenville, Illinois
The Project Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for enabling implementation of best in class project management capabilities to the organization. The Project Manager directly supports the Chief Supply Chain Officer – Distribution, and works with the global organization to collaborate on enterprise wide projects.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Drive projects forward cross functionally, working with key stakeholders
Lead Cross functional project development and coordination including development of project charters, defining stakeholders, and assigning responsibilities
Responsible for tracking project status and updating key stakeholders regularly
Effectively coordinate with other business units to ensure successful execution of all deliverables
Report out status for management team and raise key roadblocks to on time, on budget and successful project completion
Hold parties accountable for delivery of their assigned work
Responsible for tracking capital investment initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in business or business related field
5-10 years functional experience in related industry
Demonstrated leadership and experience in project management process and engagement
Experience contributing to operating models, task plans, communication plans, presentations, education materials, etc. necessary for large scale project management and results
Experience using formal networks to achieve results
Demonstrated track record of influencing up and across with enterprise wide projects, preferably in a matrix environment
Experience balancing speed, accuracy and adherence to standards while delivering processes/reports/analysis
Demonstrated consistency in verifying results of own or others’ work using related data points (i.e., proficient in triangulation, sanity checks and fact checks)
Demonstrated capability to contribute to driving organizational change
Track record of sound judgment and appropriate risk taking
Established track record of thriving and succeeding in highly dynamic, short timeline environment
Experience maintaining composure in high stress and/or tight deadline situations
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel
Advanced business degree preferred
Hands on experience as a program or project manager
Experience in mergers/acquisitions and enterprise wide projects
Experience defining and refining metrics (both lagging and leading KPIs)
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
